Course description
This program provides a practical and integrated approach to Governance, Risk, and Compliance. It shows how GRC protects strategy execution and strengthens accountability, decision discipline, and performance reliability. Participants build governance structures, authority matrices, risk registers, control frameworks, and compliance tools they can apply directly in their organizations.

• Explain how GRC supports disciplined and consistent execution.
• Differentiate governance, risk management, compliance, internal control, and internal audit.
• Design governance structures, committees, escalation paths, and decision rules.
• Build Delegation of Authority aligned with organization design and processes.
• Identify and document risks using clear event–cause–impact logic.
• Assess likelihood, impact, priority, inherent and residual risk.
• Define risk responses and assign owners and due dates.
• Build and maintain a practical risk register.
• Design preventive, detective, and corrective controls for key processes.
• Build a Risk and Control Matrix and identify control gaps.
• Build a compliance obligations register with owners, evidence, and review frequencies.
• Define GRC indicators and link them to dashboards and committee reporting.
