Ahmed a unique combination of education degrees including Psychology, quality assurance, six sigma, and business administration, that he utilized to add value to organizations building and restructuring departments, improve processes, and develop people. His work experience includes holding various positions like Workforce management head, organizational effectiveness head, customer operations manager, and leading intrapreneurship projects to boost performance, and elevate customer experience.
