Overview:
CBI and assessment centers are valid and objective approaches towards effective recruitment, selection and development processes and also helps to overcome unconscious bias and eliminate the subjectivity of the traditional tools.

In addition to the practical Experience; Dina is Associate CIPD, Certified KPI Professional, certified organization designer and holds an MBA degree in global management major from ESLSCA Business School.
