Day (2) Designing and Delivering Effective Training Programs

Module 3: Instructional Design Basics

  • Principles of Instructional Design

  • Selecting Appropriate Delivery Methods and Technologies

Module 4: Training Delivery and Facilitation Skills

  • Effective Presentation and Facilitation Techniques
