Outlines:

Competency Management

  • Understand and define competency and competencies
  • Apply techniques to develop, design and implement a business competency framework system for the organization
  • Objectively assess employees to identify the gap between actual competency and the required competency and to bring the employees awareness to the required level
  • Create and write competency terms for the framework, whether behavioral or technical
  • Utilize the framework for recruitment, assessment identification and development purposes

Performance Management

  • Design, develop and implement a strategy-based performance management action plan that aligns to sustaining a high-performance culture and optimal financial business outcomes
  • Implement effective performance management (Objectives, KPIs and competencies)
  • Apply best practices in discipline and performance improvement planning
  • Understand the fundamentals of the performance management framework;
  • Learn how to track the employee performance during each phase of the performance management cycle;
  • Apply key tools to measure employees’ results in a fair and objective manner
